SRB Labs & Satellites Troubleshooting

In the event that the machine you are using is not operating correctly, or is otherwise malfunctioning, please use the following quick and easy troubleshooting guide.

  1. Please save your data on a removable USB thumb drive or your Ustorage account.
  2. Close all applications.
  3. Make sure everything you want to keep is saved off this computer.
    The next step will delete everything saved locally on this computer!
    Make sure your files are backed up to an external location!
  4. Reboot this computer.
  5. Try to do your task again.
  6. If the problem persists, please contact the SRB Info Desk.
