Print from your laptop in SRB, UCEN, Phelps, Kerr
You can now print from your laptop to one of the many Uniprint Printers on campus. All
you need to do, is upload the files to a website or input a web address. After you upload the file, you'll
have to release it from the print station. Watch this video to see how easy it
is. Note - the website in the video is incorrect, the one below is correct. -
To upload files to print, use this website: http://wirelessprinting.ic.ucsb.edu/
How to print:
- Make sure you've connected to the UCSB Wireless network and logged on.
- Type your First Name for the username (this identifies your print job), and "UCSB" in
the box below
- Upload document or web page to print. Adjust copies and page range accordingly.
- Change the page orientation if needed, otherwise, it will print by default.
- A small box that says "submitting job will appear. This will take up to a
minute.
- A yellow "Approve" will appear, click the link "Submit Job To
Printer"
- Once the job is submitted, you must release the job at the print station by the printer. It might take a
couple of minutes for the job to appear. Once it does, your name will be to the side of the job.
